Product Marketing Manager
Toast has built a powerful and easy to use Android tablet based Point of Sale platform for restaurants, helping them operate more efficiently and connect with their customer base in new and innovative ways. We are looking for an experienced product marketing manager who is passionate about the restaurant and tech industries. At Toast, Product Marketing sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and Product. As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll lead product launches, market analysis, and enablement efforts to help Toast and our customers succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the internal product launch process, acting as key point of contact across the Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing organizations
- Establish product launch goals and KPIs, gaining alignment across stakeholders and coordinating across teams to hit launch deadlines
- Successfully launch products for SMB customer base; achieving product launch goals and KPIs
- Be a product evangelist; driving product adoption with customers and building awareness with internal and external stakeholders through internal presentations, training documentation, customer communications, and more
- Spearhead product pricing strategy and develop customer promotions in order to successfully drive product demand
- Define product positioning for SMB market, enabling Sales and Marketing teams with framework for how to differentiate product in the marketplace
- Develop product content; creating customer facing content to be used on website and in sales collateral
Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Product Management and/or Product Marketing experience
- Restaurant or restaurant technology experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting in front of large audience
- Data-driven, balancing intuition with measurable results, analyzing and communicating using data
- Ability to work across the organization, heavily influencing priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
