The Job:

• Architect development programs that empower our partners to serve our customers better
• Develop a scalable certification system to ensure consistent support through all of our channels
• Act as a strategic thought leader for the Partner Support teams across the globe
• Anticipate our partners’ support needs and proactively build a support framework
• Analyze performance and constantly improve our efforts

You:

• Have an excellent track record of building and managing a team
• Can assemble and excite a team to consistently deliver high quality service
• Possess a deep understanding of support strategy and operations
• Have extensive experience in business intelligence and performance analysis
• Are an expert communicator who can persuade and teach others
• Have demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to attack new, ambiguous problems with ease
• Quickly learn new technologies, markets, and contexts with ease
• Care about going the extra mile to meet each customer’s needs

Bonus skills:

• Management consulting with hands-on implementation experience
• Experience with 3D printing, modeling and digital fabrication tools
• Have worked with or on the side of a reseller of hardware products
• Experience living/working outside of the United States, especially in Asia
• Multilingual: fluency in German or French
