The Service Delivery team is recruiting for a Partner Services Manager to provide leadership and drive successful ongoing delivery partnerships with Fuze’s Service Delivery Partners. You will be responsible to work with the partner and Fuze internal departments to ensure the Partner can Sell, Deploy, and Support Fuze solutions.

The Partner Services Manager works very closely with Fuze’s Service Delivery Partner community as well as internal Channels team, Service Delivery, and Enablement teams and is responsible for ensuring that Partner deployments of Fuze are setup for success. This ultimately enables us to maintain our high levels of client satisfaction and helps build on our reference pool. This position is responsible for the management of five partners and reports directly to the Sr. Director, Channel Services.

What you'll do:

  • As part of Fuze’s partner on-boarding process, ensure the partner receives and is certified to deploy Fuze solutions.
  • Provide Partners with guidance and support on how to setup and build a successful Fuze delivery practice
  • Educate Partners in deployment best practices and successful project setup/structure
  • Ensure that Partners are aware of the deployment tools available to them
  • Monitor Partner delivery capability with Fuze products
  • Educate and support Partners with pre-sales project scoping efforts
  • Assist with the sales process for services portions of Partner led deals
  • Sell the value of Fuze engagement on Partner led projects
  • Coordinate Partner training engagements and events
  • Ensure that Fuze’s engagement is in line with Partner delivery capability and client complexity – being engaged for the right amount of time at the right time
  • Assist with tracking the success of Partner led projects
  • Track and report on the overall partner delivery capability
  • Build strategic working relationships with Fuze’s Channel & Alliances team, specifically the Channel Managers in supported region
  • Participating in Partner QBR events providing delivery feedback
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our Partner Delivery enablement processes and resources

Who you are and what you have:

  • 5+ years work experience in a client-facing or partner-orientated professional services role

  • Strong customer/partner facing skills (executive presence skills). 
  • Demonstrates a highly professional demeanor
  • Strong leader and advisor
  • Demonstrable success as a strong negotiator and influencer
  • Experience with deploying or supporting enterprise software strongly preferred, especially within the Unified Communications or SaaS space
  • Ability to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience. Ability to foster credibility with a technical audience
  • Ability to set and communicate expectations; skill in mediating and resolving problems
  • Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and process a number of tasks concurrently 
  • Strong judgment with the proven ability to balance growth, retention and p business goals against operational constraints and risk
  • Achieved a BS degree or higher in a technical discipline, such as computer science or information technology.
