Job Description: 

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Operations Associate to support our New England Operations Lead in supporting the PatientPing community. At the core of Patient-Ping’s success are the client relationships we cultivate over time. This requires effectively onboarding, engaging, and servicing our clients.

 

What You Will Do:

•Service health system clients by:

oManaging onboarding and implementation projects and tasks with new clients 

oManaging client-specific projects, and    

oProactively identifying and executing all opportunities to increase client engagement

•Service and develop our provider community by:

oEngaging new facilities and orienting client leadership to our value proposition and implementation process

oManaging standardized technical processes for implementing new clients  

oDrive engagement by hosting user training webinars, conducting in-person events, and creating creative communications 

oProducing and reviewing monthly utilization reports to client facilities 

•Work closely with the Operations Lead to design engagement strategies for all PatientPing users and assist with execution

•Facilitate meetings to promote positive relationships with our end users

 

What You Need:

•BA / BS degree

•A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in healthcare, ideally on the provider side

•Outstanding communication, organization, and project management skills 

•A track record of proactively getting things done with your own initiative

•An entrepreneurial and determined attitude

•Engaging communications skills 

•Knowledge of the local ACO and post-acute markets (preferred) 

•Familiarity with federal and local healthcare regulatory requirements (preferred)
