We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly organized part-time, temp to perm Office Coordinator to help keep Evergage an amazing place for our growing team to work. This role is responsible for supporting the Office Manager, and our 80 employees, at our Davis Square headquarters as we expand our HQ. This role has the opportunity to become a full-time permanent position for the right person, with plenty of room for growth.

 

What The Role Involves

  • Greet office guests and handle all incoming calls to main company phone line
  • Accept packages and manage mail
  • Maintain clean and efficient office that maximizes team productivity
  • Maintain two kitchens, manage snacks and office supplies
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with building management
  • Office furniture assembly and maintenance
  • Assist with internal events and weekly company meeting planning
  • Conference room management and upkeep
  • Coordinate office move/expansion

 

Required Skills/Experience

  • Personable, service-oriented and self-directed
  • Positive attitude
  • Very organized and excellent attention to detail
  • Allstar communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle any project
  • An eagerness to learn
  • Familiar with MS Office and Google Suite
  • 1-2 years of office management or related experience preferred
