Office Coordinator
Datadog is a fast-growing enterprise software company, featured as the top 10 of Deloitte’s Fast 500 tech companies. We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to join our operations team in Boston and help us with a range of responsibilities to support our office day to day.
The Office Coordinator is responsible for helping to ensure the smooth operation of the office on a daily basis and assisting in all Operations matters as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Office Manager by addressing spontaneous requests quickly, researching assigned tasks and vetting potential vendors
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with outside vendors
- Conduct daily walk-through of facility
- Responsible for ordering, receiving and stocking food, snacks, kitchen & pantry supplies
- Distribution: responsible for incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Assist in organizing Datadog sponsored events
- Support office moves and build-outs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. Able to move office furniture, equipment, supplies etc.
