Summary
The Project Manager- Network Operations will be joining the Network team which works with LevelUp’s ordering partners to facilitate order ahead functionality for consumers and users of LevelUp's ordering API. As Project Manager, you will direct the efforts of our concierge team and execute projects that improve the quality of our network and consumer experience.
Responsibilities
- Direct the efforts of our concierge team to ensure orders are completed in a timely fashion and accurate.
- Define and execute programs that review accurate content across the merchant network.
- Develop project plans and communication documents as needed.
- Create tools to help teams complete work more efficiently and report performance.
- Review work of internal and external teams for accuracy.

- You have outstanding communication skills. You’ll need to work with multiple teams both within and outside of the company. You need to be able to teach via clear instructions, articulate priorities and deadlines and deliver effective feedback to ensure high quality.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire. You’re a quick study, capable of identifying nuances in an intricate system. You’re just as comfortable and excited to roadmap complex projects as you are routing through data to hunt down issues before they result in pernicious bugs. You revel in the challenge of tackling issues in both an efficient and effective manner.
- You’re a GSD savant. You friends, family and colleagues know you get sh*t done. With a mix of organizational skills like ‘whoa’ and a drive that inspires awe, you’re capable of moving mountains.

- Familiarity with SQL and Jira (or other project management software).
