MLS Data Operations Associate

An MLS Data Operations Associate at Placester is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of the data approval process for agents and brokers on the Placester platform. This cross-functional role works closely with Placester’s internal teams, clients, and partners to facilitate the on-boarding process as it relates to data approval for IDX display.

Job duties:

• Manage the new MLS/Associations Account onboarding process
• Maintain MLS/Associations Accounts records and communicate changes internally/to partners as necessary
• Manage daily MLS Operations Tasks
• Manage the IDX Approval and Provisioning Process
• Create, edit, and deliver MLS Client Reports
