Boston, MA Responsibilities:

• Create proposals and timely deliverables based on advertisers’ objectives, target audiences, creative assets, etc. against constantly evolving deadlines
• Develops additional marketing materials that contribute to the overall efficiency of the Deal Desk team. Examples include updated case studies, success slides and RTM Bundles
• Produce PowerPoint and Excel deliverables that are of high quality: image quality, overall precision & neatness, accurate data points, and strong copywriting skills
• Sales Planner is well versed in all aspects of the Pentaho, CoEx, Salesforce and SalesXpress and incorporates info from these tools/resources into proposals
• Provides assistance to junior members of the team

 Qualifications / Skills:

• Prior experience in a media planning role, ideally within an agency setting
• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment
