HubSpot’s Agency Partner program boasts 3500+ certified marketing agency resellers and currently drives 40% of the company’s annual revenue. Our Connect Platform program for software companies and developers has grown to over 50 native integrations from companies like Wistia, Zendesk, Adroll and SurveyMonkey since it’s launch. We have a growing ecosystem of designers that provide plug-and-play templates and creative services to our growing paid and free user base, as well as a new channel of Sales Advisory Partners who are reselling and building services around our suite of Sales products. In short, Partnerships are critical to the growth of HubSpot and even though the impact is already giant we feel like we're just getting started!

The person who fills this role will own the vision and marketing strategy for what we want to be the cornerstone of all our Partner programs: the HubSpot Marketplace. For Partners, the Marketplace will be the most effective channel to leverage their HubSpot certifications, showcase their work and get found by digital marketers looking for help to improve their marketing and sales strategies. For HubSpot, it will be the most scalable and impactful lever we have for delivering value to Partners, as well as a massive growth opportunity for the HubSpot brand. Turning the foundation we have into a world-class web property that showcases our massive Partner ecosystem will help HubSpot improve customer happiness, acquire new Partners, make the Partner relationships we have exponentially more valuable and drive revenue growth for HubSpot.

The person who fills this role will be a key member of HubSpot’s Partner Marketing team. They will be tasked with consolidating our existing marketplaces into one cohesive customer experience, and implementing growth strategies to increase the marketplace's impact on HubSpot.com’s overall website traffic and Partner program revenue month over month.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Devising an external and internal link building strategy designed to increase month-over-month Marketplace traffic
  • Managing and developing an SEO strategy that exceeds aggressive traffic and leads goals
  • Tracking and increasing the month-over-month impact on revenue for Agency Partners
  • Creation and measurement of new Partner benefits within the Marketplace
  • Building strategies and playbooks that allow us to leverage the Marketplace for new Partner acquisition

This person should have 3-5 years of experience in:

  • Managing online marketplaces
  • Managing large-scale SEO strategies
  • Marketing automation
  • Channel or partnership program experience
