We’re looking for an extraordinary Marketing Manager of Lead Nurturing and Automation to join our team in an individual contributor role. In this position, you will be charged with applying your expertise in email marketing/and or lead nurturing to dramatically overhaul our automated communications with prospects in our funnel.

 

You will be responsible for executing on the vision for our program and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure the solution delivers exceptional value for them. You will also be responsible for bringing new ideas to the organization that enable a premier user experience and dynamic sales automation.

 

This job is a great fit for you if you share our belief that despite automation, communications from companies should always be relevant, helpful and human. Similarly, you should be motivated by the idea of using communications to bridge the gap between marketing messages, product capabilities and sales functions. You should also be passionate about the challenge of writing a new playbook for a well established marketing tactic.

You will have:
  • Expertise in email marketing and/or lead nurturing. Can you talk about campaigns you’ve run that turn people from leads into marketing qualified leads (MQLs)? Or otherwise move people to the next stage in a buying or on-boarding process?
  • Experience in executing lead nurturing campaigns and/or user on-boarding, including the set up of campaign workflows and the writing of the content
  • Consistent track record of changing the game. We need a team member who is able to re-invent and not just execute on status quo.
  • An ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • An analytical mind & constant optimization. We're seeking a data-driven individual who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty in systems to report on results and who loves to design experiments, execute them and communicate the results.
Tech Skills:
  • Strong experience with Excel is a requirement
  • Experience with Salesforce, Looker and/or HubSpot is a plus
  • Experience with other email marketing platforms is a bonus
Additional experience (a plus, but not required):
  • User design experience
  • Graphic design experience
Required Education:
  • B.A. or B.S. degree (An M.B.A. is a bonus)
