LeaseQ is looking for a passionate experienced B2B Marketer interested in a ground floor opportunity with a fast growing, well funded online start up.   Founded in 2012, we are focused on the financial services industry, poised to break even in the next 12 months and growing at 30%+ quarter over quarter.

This is a great opportunity to work directly with the CEO and senior management team.  You'll be the only marketing professional on staff so in addition to meeting immediate sales support needs there is a broad spectrum of marketing opportunities including: branding, multi-channel strategy, partner program development, and more.

Compensation & Benefits: This position includes base salary, bonus, stock options, benefits and paid time off.  Base salary is based on experience and bonus is based on individual and company performance. All employees participate in our stock option plan.  LeaseQ is growing rapidly so by demonstrating strong performance, problem solving and leadership skills your responsibilities and income should increase rapidly.    

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Sales Teams to development customer, sales support and partner marketing programs and tactics
  • Work with Management Team to develop marketing strategy and branding identity initiatives
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions, and other marketing projects
  • Develop, manage, and monitor marketing budgets
  • Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events
  • Recruit and negotiate with agency providers, consultants, freelance, media partners, and other providers to develop ideal capabilities and guarantee advantageous contracts
  • Potentially supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines
  • May oversee the operation of a company’s website or email marketing program and provide analytics review
  • Keeps informed of new and evolving industry trends

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Three to 8 years designing, developing, and successfully executing B2B marketing programs
  • Experience developing best practices email marketing programs a must
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing: online, social, direct, database, web, event, and advertising
  • A quick and avid learner,
  • College degree preferred
  • Problem solver with strong trouble shooting skills
  • Excellent communicator, able to share ideas verbally and in code clearly and concisely
  • Proactive and resourceful person who achieves with minimal oversight
  • Startup experience a plus
  • Team player with the ability and desire to become an integral part of a fast-paced team
  • Team building and management experience a plus
