As the Marketing Director for the Boston region at Compass, you will shape Compass' local marketing team and our presence in the Boston market. You will be responsible for managing the local team while working closely with Compass Headquarters (in NYC) and local leadership to develop, oversee and execute a local brand strategy and agent marketing services strategy.

We seek an experienced professional who has worked with well-known brands and is well-versed in running an in-depth creative production process--working collaboratively with creative producers, designers, and associates. The ideal candidate will have the ability to inspire both real estate agents as well as the marketing & creative team through a design sensibility, strong leadership, and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the Marketing Director should have strong account management, and client service skills and be able to define and evolve process as the organization scales.

At Compass You Will:

• Build, hire, empower, and retain a team that effectively, efficiently, and intelligently handles all local marketing needs
• Develop annual plans to execute all corporate brand marketing with collaboration from Headquarters
• Drive the production of beautiful marketing collateral for the Compass brand and agent branding--balancing quality, cost, and timelines
• Lead strategy and execution for all agent branding and marketing to ensure cohesion with the Compass brand
• Analyze local media landscape and develop local media strategy (print and digital)
• Oversee local creative needs, including on-the-ground creative team oversight across all platforms, including print and digital design, advertising campaigns, video content, and social media
• Analyze local marketing needs and remain up to date on local real estate market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and the competitive landscape to inform the evolution of Compass’s Boston marketing presence
• Identify and guide opportunities for building scalable systems that will allow the local offices to grow effectively
• Oversee and manage the local Marketing team (inclusive of marketing associates, producers designers, art directors, and freelancers)
• Put together a practical marketing plans with strategy, budgets and timelines, both for the brand and on an individual basis for agents

• Social media presences as a thought leader, preferred
