Marketing Communications Manager:

As the Marketing Communications Manager, you'll oversee the voice of InsightSquared across internal and external channels, as well as lead and implement communications strategies that complement the team's broader marketing initiatives. Reporting to our Director of Account-based Marketing, you'll focus on Public Relations, Analyst Relations, Crowdsourced Review Sites, Internal Communications, and Branding. We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, let's-get-it-done marketer to put their rolodex to use and increase positive exposure for the brand. Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing communication strategies to support sales and marketing objectives
  • Develop and communicate marketing communication plans with sales and business teams
  • Oversee "brand and buzz" on all channels, including press, blog, analyst reports, review sites, social, executive speaking, and awards
  • Lead PR and AR by working internally with marketing, product, and business leadership 
  • Track digital metrics across all channels to capitalize on opportunities and to develop those where we haven't yet engaged our audience
  • Evaluate communications solutions, identifying software that can highlight progress and impact 
  • Manage, optimize, and enhance our social media strategy
  • Create relevant, informative, and engaging communications for our prospects and customers
  • Respond to media inquiries and arrange press releases
  • Support leadership's internal communications programs
  • Provide event and campaign support as needed
  • "Quarterback" the marketing team's relationship with crowdsourced review sites, such as G2 Crowd

Experience and Skills Required:

  • 2-5 years of B2B MarComm or PR experience, preferably with a SaaS company or at an agency that supports SaaS clients
  • Confident and clear communications, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills 
  • Proven track record of working with senior leaders, sales teams, and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional project and time management experience
  • Strong and creative writing skills and full command of the English language

An Exceptional Candidate Has:

  • Established relationships with tech reporters and bloggers
  • Familiarity with content marketing and account-based marketing practices
  • Experience in the MarTech and / or sales tech sectors
