Markforged is currently seeking an energetic, highly organized Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our Demand Generation team. The Marketing Campaigns Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and management of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Demand generation – develop marketing programs that drive demand for our products 
  • Lead generation and nurturing – develop lead generation and nurturing programs that translate into qualified opportunities and revenue. 
  • Sales enablement – articulate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of our products 
  • Campaign development – Develop high quality marketing campaigns with multiple asset components. 
  • Drive new customer acquisition through a variety of marketing channels including email programs, nurturing campaigns, website, social and SEM and display advertising, ensuring all marketing investments can be tracked and measured.
  • Work with regional, product, marketing, and sales leaders to shape campaign themes that meet short- and long-term profitable growth objectives
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing, Design, Sales and Marketing Operations to regularly optimize and refine campaign performance and user experience
  • Define, measure, and optimize campaign metrics including campaign impact on pipeline and revenue, achievement of individual program goals, and achievement of tactical goals. 

We are looking for people with:

  • Experience in marketing to B2B targets
  • 5+ years experience in a marketing or demand gen role
  • Experience leading and managing multi-touch inbound and outbound campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, including Marketo, and CRM systems, including salesforce.com a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics, or similar web analytics tool
  • Proven track record in a fast paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution.
