The Role:

Critical to attracting and hiring that talent is a comprehensive, progressive recruiting playbook that identifies, engages, and delights current and graduating students for our internship, co-op, and full time entry-level programs.

The Manager of Campus Recruiting will be directly responsible for pioneering and driving a remarkable recruiting strategy directly focused on building relationships with a range of colleges and universities and amplifying the HubSpot brand on campus. In partnership with recruiting leadership, this person will work with business leaders across HubSpot to align on hiring targets and identify opportunities to augment our access to top talent through campus channels. The Manager of Campus Recruiting will lead the college/university recruiting efforts company-wide, including software engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and undergraduate and graduate leadership development programs.

What you’ll do:

• Shape the strategic direction of campus recruiting at HubSpot and directly contribute to scaling our recruiting organization
• Lead a growing team of campus recruiters and coordinators globally
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and corresponding long term entry level talent needs, and identify opportunities to leverage the campus channel as a driver for growth
• Design a remarkable, memorable student engagement strategy through events, content, social media campaigns, and other creative tactics
• Establish a set of key metrics to evaluate the success of our campaigns, programs, and recruiting processes; continuously use data to evaluate the effectiveness of our strategies

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated success crafting and executing creative campus recruiting programs and initiatives
• Proven track record of driving results in a full-cycle recruiting role, ideally focused on hiring emerging talent through college and university channels; experience recruiting software engineers and other technical talent preferred
• An agile problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and is constantly innovating in how to solve for an organization’s growth
• Effective oral and written communicator who feels comfortable engaging with a range of individuals in the campus setting, including students, administrators, and professors
• An analytical thinker who is skilled at leveraging data and market insights to tell a story and drive a recruiting strategy
• A strong people leader who is capable of managing a team of recruiters' workload, direction, and professional growth
• Someone who is comfortable with travel, particularly in the fall and spring during peak campus recruiting periods
