Position Summary

 

The Customer Success Team drives strong relationships with healthcare organizations to enable their commercial, clinical and health economics teams’ rapid synthesis of insights through the SHYFT Analytics Platform. The team is responsible for the customer onboarding, platform configuration and ongoing delivery, support and customer nurture. Customer Success rock stars, have strong analytical and communication skills, are passionate, curious and thrive in cross-functional team environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the customer’s business landscape, challenges and their short and long term goals in order to develop the right success metrics and help them prioritize initiatives and analytics needs
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring that the SHYFT team and analytics platform meet or exceed expecatations and deliver value at all milestones
  • Lead and manage internal cross-functional team of engineers and analysts delivering ongoing insights to our customers as well as platform enhancements
  • Be the internal voice of the customer and represent them across the organization
  • Drive transparent communications to support best in class analytics delivery
  • Partner credibly with cross-functional client teams at the manager and director level (e.g., sales, marketing, sales operations) to proactively provide content/domain expertise and proactive guidance/ advisory
  • Set and maintain a project plan and manage a team of consultants and engineers to achieve customer goals
  • Provide analytics guidance and subject matter expertise to the analysts and consultants on the team
  • Support account growth by identifying new opportunities and partnering with sales, Customer Success and Executive leadership in order develop and execute account strategies to expand the customer footprint
  • Work with senior leadership to drive and manage financials and staffing on client solutions

Position Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. degree with engineering, business or scientific focused curriculum preferred
  • 5+ years of experience with 2+ years of management experience
  • Proficient with analytical approaches, statistical techniques and relevant technologies for healthcare/life sciences industry
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry with exposure to third party clinical and commercial data, and pharmaceutical distribution models
  • SQL and MS Excel skills preferred
  • Strong project management skills with excellent problem solving, analytical skills and attention to details
  • Accepts personal responsibility for producing distinctive results (individually and as a team)
