 You Will:

• Lead future development and architecture for our widely used, native mobile applications for Android and iOS
• Align and drive team members toward an inspiring vision, yet stage work to deliver value incrementally
• As a hands-on manager, you will work closely with our team of mobile engineers and product managers to deliver rapid value.
• Negotiate with and manage stakeholders across multiple business and technology teams
• Collaborate directly with the company’s CTO and technology leadership
• Mentor and coach technical team members 

 You Have:

• Proficient in Android
• 4+ years of developing mobile applications
• 8+ years of software development experience
• Experience leading an Agile/Scrum development team
• A drive to iterate architecture in harmony with an agile workflow
• A love of learning and teaching
