Junior Account Manager - Northeast
Drizly is growing its operations team and is looking for a qualified candidate to work with existing Drizly retail partners with the intent of increasing customer retention and boosting retailer performance. The person in this position will work in collaboration with and support of the Senior Account Manager.
People who do well in Account Management are authentic, curious, carry a can-do attitude, and find it exciting to strategically develop the markets in which Drizly operates. You will be responsible for educating and coaching our retailers, assisting them with their needs, and communicating their feedback purposefully and tactfully across Drizly departments. You will also be responsible for sharing market changes and performance metrics internally and across the boarder Operations team.
Responsibilitites
- Regularly communicate with retail partners regarding their Drizly operations
- Assist retailers with account level support request
- Monitor performance and coach retailers on best practices
- Work collaboratively to grow help grow retailer business over time
- Train clients on using Drizly tools and clearly communicate product changes and improvements
- Organize and track analysis and communications to work jointly with a Senior Account Manager
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of client-facing experience
- Outstanding communication and listening skills
- Ability to build long term relationships with clients
- Consultative approach and proactive approach to problem solving
- Enthusiasm for training and teaching partners
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement as an empowered individual contributor
- Experience in tech is a plus
