Jr. Recruiter
We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter who is excited to make a difference in supporting the growth of our company through the addition of quality licensees to our platform. Our licensees are all independent entrepreneurs with backgrounds in art, business and everything in between. All share one common goal: to run a successful business with deep local roots, providing a social connection to customers through our creative entertainment platform.
Our ideal Jr. Recruiter has a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates throughout their journey to becoming a licensee. It is important to us that every candidate has an excellent experience with us, as they may be an existing or future customer. This includes providing candidates a plethora of resources to help candidates understand the full scope of the opportunity.
You will:
- Be responsible for ensuring recruitment targets meet forecast expectations.
- Proactively source and screen candidates, including managing schedules for interviews.
- Drive a positive and empowering candidate experience through clear and timely communication.
- Determine applicant qualifications by analyzing candidate responses, and comparing qualifications/qualities against successful licensee personas.
- Partner with our Regional Success team to ensure a smooth handoff post-signing.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business, including our vision, business model, as well as market opportunities.
- Promote and support the Licensee Referral Incentive Program.
- Responsible for data management within our applicant and market tracking systems.
- Foster relationships with passive applicants through campaign development.
You have:
- 2+ years of experience in attracting and hiring professionals in a recruiting role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related area
- Must have an eye for talent - strong ability to screen and recruit successful licensees
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and popular ATS systems such as Zoho or Jazz.
- Must be an excellent communicator (strong written and verbal skills)
- Strong networking skills.
