The CTP internship program educates participants in all aspects of our industry. Through observation and practical experience, interns will act as integral members of the project planning process from the concepting stages to creation and execution.

Current students and recent graduates may apply. This is a part-time internship. Our interns receive an hourly wage and possible academic credit, and must be available a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Spring Internship Semester: January to April.

Account Management Internship

So they call you a ‘people person’? Account Management may be the perfect fit for you. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to think on their feet. This position is multi-faceted so we need someone who can juggle many projects at once while remaining detail-oriented and organized. You will be assisting account managers with everything from daily clients management to competitive research while working on print, online and media projects. An internship in account management allows you to see the entire agency process from beginning to end. Strong written and verbal communication skills are must.

Public Relations Internship

Our PR interns have an opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals while getting exposed to the industry and the core elements of our work. You'll assist with media lists, media events, press releases, research, and brainstorm/strategy sessions. Comprehensive knowledge of social media tools, and strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Media Internship

Interested in learning what it costs to run an ad during your favorite TV show or on your favorite website? Our Media Department is responsible for researching, preparing estimates and ultimately booking ads from TV to billboards and everything in between. Our ideal candidate will love math, be a wiz at Excel and not be afraid to make calls to media outlets to gather info. Media planning is all about creating relationships and finding the most effective way of reaching target audiences.

Talent Internship

Are you intrigued with the marketing industry? Trends, talent and how agencies run overall? Then the Talent Internship may be the perfect for you. In this position, you will manage a wide range of projects and assignments within recruitment, training, onboarding/orientation, professional development, wellness and Company events. You will work with the VP, Director of Talent and the Office Manager so strong communication skills are a must. Ideal candidate for this position is uber-organized, motivated, well-written, has positive energy and can think well on their feet.

Art Direction/Print Studio Internship

We're looking for an intern with a strong sense of design and print production who is well versed in CS6. Candidates should have a strong sense of composition, color-management, typography, file maintenance and organization. We are looking for a budding rock star with great work ethic and motivation to design and build mechanicals for outdoor, print and collateral.

Interactive Design Internship

We are looking for an intern to work with our growing interactive team. We build websites, design interfaces and create multi-tiered online solutions for a wide range of clients. This is a position for someone interested in web design and implementation who gladly spends time learning about new technologies, best practices and new ways of implementing their ideas.

We’re looking for someone with strong graphic and web design skills and an eye for pixel precise detail and typography. Your initial responsibilities will be around banner and html email design with opportunities to contribute user interface design for web applications and mobile optimized sites. You must be available during regular daytime hours in our Boston office. Experience with Flash animation and XHTML, CSS, and JS are nice to have, but not mandatory.

Video Production Internship

Do you think in video? Do you want to work in a hands-on environment, surrounded by creative people? We’re looking for interns that are interested in learning and developing skills in video production. Our in-house production suite handles everything that goes into making a great video: producing, shooting, sound, lighting, editing, color correction, and all other day-to-day operations within our broadcast department. You’d even have the opportunity to work on set with our production team. 

If you have a creative eye and a love for video, this position was made for you. Experience in editing or skills in motion graphics are preferred, but not required.
