Job Description: 

We are actively hiring a full-time Integration Associate to join our team to create something meaningful that will greatly impact people’s lives. PatientPing receives HL7 data from hospitals and HIEs around the country and the Integration Associate will be part of the team managing the operations of our HL7 data infrastructure. This role will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing quality of our HL7 output and will play an integral role in onboarding new facilities, mapping data, and maintaining established interfaces. The ideal candidate will work well in a team, is customer-focused,  detail oriented, and will take ownership of various HL7 processes.

 

What You Will Do:

•Work closely with the Integrations Manager to ensure on-boarding HL7 integrations meet target deadlines through task resolution in a timely and organized manner

•Maintain HL7 mappings and administrative updates, working closely with data sources as needed

•Utilize pre-made SQL queries to troubleshoot customer tickets

•Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure all of our customer needs are met

•Work with data sources to resolve customer issues and maintain high quality interfaces

•On-board and track standard HL7 integrations 

•Work through HL7 test plans for on-boarding new integrations 

•Manage customer inquiries related to integrations 

 

What You Need:

•1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a technology role 

•Healthcare experience is preferred

•BA / BS degree 

•Familiarity with various customer support & software development platforms (HelpScout, Salesforce, & JIRA) is preferred

•Hands on experience with Excel formulas is preferred

•Willingness to learn HL7 data exchange formats

•Willingness to learn SQL queries

•Ability to self-start project tasks and communicate progress clearly

•Ability to understand client perspectives, as well as work effectively with client-facing organizations

•Ability to work autonomously on multiple concurrent projects and prioritize appropriately

•Experience organizing and delivering on several lines of work with clear communication on progress

•Desire to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
