We are seeking a professional Instructional Designer to support our Enablement team.   • Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
  • Working with subject matter experts and identifying target audience’s training needs
  • Applying tested instructional design theories, practice and methods

We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, create, and maintain training curriculum, including course outlines, training guides, instructor guides, reference guides, and additional supporting material
  • Design, create, and maintain training course video scripts, training videos and related content
  • Design, create, and maintain LMS system
  • Work with subject matter experts to fully understand latest product functionality, and identify target audience’s training needs and gaps in current curriculum
  • Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods
  • Create engaging learning activities that enhance the learning process and retention
  • Design and develop assessments for all courses to determine learner’s knowledge level
  • Actively seek ways to improve online content.
  • Maintain current knowledge on instructional design methodology and techniques
  • Fully understand the job requirements and perform with minimal direction

What You'll Need:

  • BS or MA degree in instructional design or similar preferred
  • 3+ years of proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
  • Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Expert skills Microsoft Office and Google apps
  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills
  • Visual design skills (SnagIt, Photoshop) and ability to storyboard
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
  • Expert skills in designing and recording instructional videos (Camtasia, Captivate)
  • Experience implementing and maintaining at least one Learning Management System
  • Must work effectively under pressure, organizing multiple tasks, and proactively deliver results in an ever-changing environment
  • Detail oriented and organized
