HubSpot seeks a Team Lead for our Inbound Sales Coordinator team in the Cambridge office.
This is a player-coach position, where you will both perform the ins and outs of the Inbound Sales Coordinator role and grow into leadership/management activities such as interviewing, new hire training, people development, reporting and analytics, etc.
As this position is the first of its kind, the scope of the role will evolve along with the needs of the business.
From this role, there are career trajectory opportunities in Sales and leadership.
You must have:
- 1-3 years experience of Coaching, Training/Teaching, Leadership, and/or Management experience (Professional experience preferred)
- Desire and commitment to be in sales
- Extraordinary organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Initiative to find the resources needed to be successful in this role

Required Education:
- B.A. or B.S. degree
