Helpdesk Technician Intern
HubSpot's Helpdesk team is HubSpot famous for their amazing internal customer service. HubSpot employees have been known to actually enjoy when things break as they get to spend time with our Helpdesk technicians.
Our top performers have an incredibly high figure it out factor, are maniacal problem solvers, and have a keen interest in how the business works. They are also driven by the success of their customers.
You have:
-Experience providing first line response in a very customer centric way-Responded to requests in a plethora of ways (phone, email, in person, carrier pigeon)
-Mastered set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting on either PCs or Macs (both would be great!)
- Solid experience with operating systems like Windows 7 & OS X
You might also have:
- AV experience - Cisco experience
Must be an actively enrolled student
Must be able to work full time from April-July
