Role Description: Working across the Sales team in order to drive and improve efficiencies across teams.
Responsibilities:
- SLA Point Person:
- Enforcement of Service Level Agreements between teams; creating and or analyzing dashboards in order to make sure SLAs are being met.
- Will be point person when SLAs are not being met; will work across teams to communicate any discrepancies
- Will work with teams to come up with best practices and process improvements to help teams reach SLAs.
- Data and Reports:
- Develop and improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Help with reporting automation & optimization, when possible
- Periodically create and distribute reports on key metrics such as deal performance, conversion rates, etc.
- Pull data from multiple data sources, including Salesforce and Excel spreadsheets to aggregate into reports and business insights
- Analyze reports and data to help sales leaders understand the drivers of their business.
- Sales Support:
- Own and help with any top of funnel sales efficiency initiatives
- Territory management and oversight
- Provide analytical and/or reporting support for sales leaders on an ad hoc basis.
- Manage special projects, as needed, by the business to drive sales performance.
- Data Quality:
- Maintain data integrity across CRM/sales records
- Update data in CRM
- Desired Skill Set:
- Highly organized
- Ability to learn quickly (especially the sales process and important sales metrics)
- Ability to own a project from creation to execution (as well as own follow-up)
- Quickly adapts to a changing environment
- Works well across a different range of teams and personalities
- Can work with and interpret data
