HubSpot is hiring for someone to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role you would run our monetization efforts which includes working cross-functionally on the monetization strategy to drive our free CRM and Sales Free users to upgrade to Sales Pro, free Marketing users to upgrade to Basic/Pro/Enterprise, and cross-sells between the different product lines.

This role is for somebody with experience in the following areas:

• Works cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and services to create and execute on growth projects.
• Creates content for email onboarding, nurturing, and landing pages to monetize our free sales users
• Uses data to understand our products in depth, create ideas for experimentation, and execute projects to drive activation, retention, engagement, and revenue 
• Pitching experiment ideas to product and marketing growth teams based on data analysis, an MVP version, and research
• Comfortable with presenting new ideas at team meetings and cross-functional meetings
• Passionate for technology, a fast-paced environment, and constant change
• Bonus points for experience in design, Looker, Amplitude, SQL, and HubSpot (but not required)
