As a Growth Analyst at Yesware, you’ll be driving company growth at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and most importantly: data. You'll work on our marketing team to optimize and maintain our funnel metrics for our B2C2B business model.
You’re perfect for this role if:
- You want to have a major role in deciding how a 7 figure marketing budget is spent.
- You understand marketing customer life cycles.
- You can identify the resources and information you need to achieve our targets and are diligent to not only acquire them, but incorporate them into our funnel metrics.
- You’re obsessed with data and can build models at both the macro and micro level for both longer term and shorter term goals. You are an Excel ninja and are not afraid of learning SQL.
- You’re never satisfied with the status quo.
What you’ll do:
- Manage data sets across many platforms and work with the SVP of Marketing & Sales, the CTO, and VP of Product to pull this data together in a way that provides deeper insight to sources of users, product usage, and revenue trends.
- Measure and monitor funnel metrics across both a B2C and B2B business model to ensure achievement of marketing KPIs.
- Provide insights & analysis on marketing program effectiveness.
- Communicate with the executive team the state of the business in monthly business reviews.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience pulling mass quantities of data together from our core Technology Stack (or similar tools)
- Expert excel skills
- The ability to dive deep in order to develop insights that can have a major impact on the trajectory of the business
Our Technology Stack:
Our technology stack consists of a number of backend services in addition to Google Analytics, Heap Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce.com, Zuora, and Gainsight. We leverage Segment.io in order to pass product usage data into a redshift database and are working on building out our business intelligence infrastructure.
