In an effort to deliver the most effective and intuitive small business marketing solutions to our customers, we are searching for a Group Product Manager who can help manage one of the team’s responsible for driving our web-based marketing solutions. This individual will be a key member of the product management team, acting as the subject matter expert and representing the voice of the customer. We are looking for a product management leader that is not afraid to face big challenges, has an inquisitive mind, is passionate about technology, enjoys developing talent and can navigate a complex business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of product managers to define and prioritize the application and system enhancements required to address customer/business partner and internal business stakeholders’ needs
• Participate in cross functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate proposed solutions through customer and market research
• Review use cases/requirements to make sure they clearly articulate desired product functionality
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, User and Customer Experience to develop simple, intuitive and easy to use product features
• Develop product roadmap and get buy in from key stakeholders at all levels of the organization including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations and Executive Management
• Create customer and business key performance indicators that you will use to drive priorities and communicate results
• Monitor innovative third party technology offerings and recommend solutions to extend product functionality

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of software Product Management experience
• 2-3 years of management experience with demonstrable leadership skills and a proven ability to recruit, develop, and mentor a high performing team.
• Expertise researching, defining and documenting complex business processes and requirements
• Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Successful track record of collaboration with key stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level, but also able to get into the details on requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

Desired Skills:

• Management of products in SaaS delivery model
• Experience working with teams using Agile processes 
• Knowledge of email marketing industry
• Experience with the small business market
