We’re looking for a Global Partner Program Manager to lead large scale cross functional change across HubSpot’s partner eco-system. HubSpot’s Global Agency Partner Program drives over 40% of HubSpot revenue with of an overall focus on helping our Agency Partners grow profitable revenues while delivering remarkable inbound marketing services to customers. These Partners expand HubSpot’s customer reach with valuable offerings and services based on HubSpot’s technology platform.

The HubSpot Agency Partner program helps marketing agencies across the world market, sell, and delight customers. The Agency Partner program provides an unusual amount of a support, training and exposure to ensure our partners are successful generating new business and delivering services using an inbound methodology.

The Global Partner Program Manager will work most closely with our Sales, Services and operational teams to drive and execute programmatic change initiatives. The goal is to continually improve channel effectiveness in selling and servicing our various solutions and offerings.

You will optimize current processes while building out new initiatives to support the global strategy and improve overall channel performance. This global role helps to ensure the respective teams are sharing ideas, concepts, and best practices when appropriate. In addition, you will be instrumental in creating the cadence for rolling out, implementing and executing against both new and existing programs as well as measuring and reporting back on program successes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross functional change across partner sales and services
  • Align and tune existing programs to continually support HubSpot’s evolving go-to-market initiatives, strategies, and priorities
  • Obtain feedback from the various organizations and partner segments to drive program enhancements
  • Create new programs to address HubSpot’s growth needs and improve retention
  • Work closely with the partner community to ensure we are meeting partner needs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales/services programs related roles
  • Program management experience in driving high performance team to meet deliverable timelines
  • Must be a motivated, self starter with experience meeting global needs
  • Demonstrated success in program development along with high volume project management, execution and implementation skills

Required Education:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree (An M.B.A. is a plus)
