The Global Channel Manager identifies, maintains, and expands relationships with channel partners across key markets in numerous regions, and is responsible for achieving sales and partner recruitment objectives. This is a high impact role, with the opportunity to shape and own the ZeroTurnaround Partner Program.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
• Educate partners about the product portfolio and complimentary services offered
• Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts
• Develop a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones associated with the partner relationship
• Track and manage reseller programs and manage the communications to the partners
• Coordinate partner and reseller events and meetings
• Continuously deliver ROI reporting metrics on all executed activities
• Lead new product and program launch plans to the partner community
• Work closely with technology partners to bring joint marketing and campaigns to market
• Explore and develop strategic technology relationships that translate into revenue
• Travel as necessary

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of channel sales experience
• Experience in enterprise software, preferably software development products 
• Possess a strong international channel reseller background with a proven track record of delivering business results through partnerships
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Ability to align stakeholders and present project details effectively to leadership
