Job Summary

You will be responsible for performing a variety of moderately complex financial tasks in one or more areas of finance. This role will include performing financial analysis and reporting for use in corporate planning, developing and tracking of budgets and the application of financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis activities which include, analysis of monthly and quarterly financial results, preparation / consolidation of monthly financial forecasts, development / consolidation of annual business plan, and preparation for monthly and quarterly plan reviews. Will also be involved in general financial analysis to support business objectives (cost and expense analysis, identification of risks and opportunities, balance sheet analysis, etc.)
• Prepare monthly financial forecasts, annual financial plans, and other various requests and special projects
• Prepare actual to plan reporting for each functional group and review/forecast with functional budget owners
• Develop standard reports and models to assist with cash flow, working capital and net operating assets forecasting
• Provide support by producing accurate and timely materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews and presentations
• Develop and maintain standard results and forecast reports
• Other finance activities as required

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in finance positions of increasing responsibility is required.
• Previous finance experience required
• Strong business sense, demonstrated analytical thinking ability, strong organizational & process management skills, and effective communication skills.
• Effective communication / presentation skills required
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization is required
• Microsoft Excel advanced user
