The Enterprise Sales Executive is a critical and high profile quota-carrying role. You will source, develop and close business with leading insurance companies across the US. You will lead the entire sales process for prospects and existing customers. You’ll cultivate deep relationships with executives at all levels. You’ll develop solutions to help customers achieve their business strategies and goals. This position reports to the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively prospect into targeted accounts and create interest in TrueMotion's solution
  • Develop and close multi-year $500K+ ARR SaaS and services contracts
  • Elicit prospects’ and customers’ business, functional and technical requirements
  • Understand and address prospect and customer questions and objections
  • Show the value of our market-leading mobile telematics and big data analytics solutions
  • Qualify and advance opportunities while being a wise steward of company resources
  • Negotiate and close contracts that result in predictable, committed revenue
  • Develop, communicate and execute account and opportunity plan
  • Create and deliver accurate forecasts
  • Be the “voice of the market” and contribute to marketing and product strategy
  • Be an authority on usage based insurance, big data, telematics, mobile technology and driver behavior
  • Be an authority on competitor offerings and identify their strengths and weaknesses
  • Ensure customers succeed post-sale and grow our business with them
  • Travel nationally as required

Experience

  • 3+ years as an enterprise sales executive (SaaS, big data preferred)
  • Selling $250K+ ARR deals
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and performance at top 10% of peers
  • Managing complex enterprise sales cycles
  • BA or BS degree
  • Any of these are plusses, but not required
    • Start-up experience
    • Selling into the property insurance industry
    • MBA
