Enterprise Practice Director
The Enterprise Practice Director reports to the VP of Services and is responsible for leading the Enterprise Services team and working in close partnership with Enterprise Sales leadership. In this role the Enterprise Practice Director is expected to hire and train new personnel on their team and provide ongoing coaching and support to make sure the Service resources attain both the revenue and delivery quality targets outlined by the business.
In this role you will:
- Establish plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s revenue and customer satisfaction goals on a monthly basis
- Work closely with Sales leadership to inform, develop and create the Implementation Statement of Work for Enterprise prospects and customers
- Responsible for making sure the execution of SOW is in on track to meet resource allocation and revenue objectives
- Provide ongoing coaching and support for assigned team
- Perform weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 and annual performance reviews for direct reports
- Sharing and implementation of best practices with members of organization
- Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the Enterprise Services function
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage key customer relationships and act as senior service management to all Enterprise accounts
- Manage the use of budgets
- Travel 10% for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
We ask that you bring the following experience:
- At least 6 years services experience in comparable industries, with 3 years in large-scale implementation roll-outs and 3 years in a people management position.
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
- Track record of problem solving and customer management
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
- Experience and track record of successful process improvement
- Willingness to travel
- Experience in Restaurant and POS industry heavily preferred.
