Enterprise Implementation Lead Role

The Enterprise Implementation Lead reports to the Enterprise Practice Director and is responsible for leading the Implementation team on Enterprise roll-outs, including managing 3rd party partner relationships. In this role the Enterprise Implementation Lead is expected to work closely with the Program Manager, Regional Implementation Managers as well as other representatives of the Enterprise team across departments (Product, Sales, Account Management, etc). The goal is provide a consistent implementation roll-out experience and a single point of contact for all Toast and 3rd party implementers.

In this role you will:

• Establish plans and strategies for developing repeatable implementation across various Enterprise accounts
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure service resources attain the delivery quality targets outlined by the business.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support for assigned team members
• Serve as primary point of contact for 3rd party implementation partners - scheduling, providing feedback
• Sharing and implementation of best practices with members of organization
• Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the regional service function
• Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
• Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
• Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships

We ask that you bring the following experience:

• At least 1 year experience with Toast platform - including direct implementation experience, deep understanding of MMM configuration and troubleshooting
• Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
• Track record of problem solving and customer management
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
• Experience and track record of successful process improvement
• Experience in Restaurant and POS industry required
• Willingness to travel - role will be based at Toast HQ in Boston
