We are looking for a enablement specialist to ensure all customer facing team members are prepared to have great conversations with our customers through every stage of the customer’s journey.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven, results based, experience in enabling customer facing teams, preferably within a fast paced, high growth technology company
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication skills
  • Program management experience
  • Results orientation
  • Customer journey understanding
  • Design thinking a plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Designing a programmatic approach to enabling existing employees, including certifications as appropriate
  • Collaborating with other organizations for the program’s content specific to product and the customer’s journey
  • Delivering effective training
  • Measuring the value of the enablement program
  • Influencing the overarching program of the employee’s journey
