Turbonomic is seeking a product marketing professional who understands the IT infrastructure market, and has deep experience with all aspects of representing the voice of the customer. At Turbonomic, you will be a key member of the product marketing team, responsible for programmatically listening to the voice of the customer; representing the customer to drive product, service and processes improvements; cultivating customer successes; and amplifying those successes in Turbonomic’s go-to-market. The customerwill be your North Star. Everything you’ll do will be about solving the problems that matter to them and making them Turbonomic’s greatest sales asset.

What you'll do

  • Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, 1:1 customer interviews, and win / loss analysis.
  • Continuously measure and drive changes to improve Turbonomic customer satisfaction.
  • Design, build and execute a Turbonomic customer success program.
  • Capture customer success stories.
  • Cultivate customer references.
  • Run Turbonomic’s customer advisory board.
  • Represent the voice of the customer through all aspects of Turbonomic’s product lifecycle.
  • Work with our product management team to drive customer requirements into product roadmaps.

What you'll bring

  • 15+ yearsofrelevantexperienceinB2Benterprisesoftware with 5+ years of product marketing experience
  • Experience driving Voice of the Customer programs
  • Experience supporting enterprise software sales channels including field sales, inside sales and partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, effective project management and analytical/decision-making skills
  • Domain experience in IT infrastructure and cloud management preferred
