Turbonomic is seeking a product marketing professional who understands the IT infrastructure market, and has deep experience with enterprise software marketing and sales. You’ll support all aspects of our core product life-cycle, and will own product launches and go-to-market including: key positioning and messaging, sales collateral, and enablement of Turbonomic sales and partners. Your goal will be to support our Turbonomic business goals—profitable revenue growth, customer retention, and awareness and perception in the market. In this key role, you are the product owner of Turbonomic to the market. The customer will be your North Star. Everything you’ll do will be about solving the problems that matter to them. At the same time, you’ll stay on top of trends in the industry and will work closely with our product management team to drive market requirements into our product roadmaps. 

What You'll Do

  • Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, segmentation analysis and 1:1 customer interviews.
  • Understand market trends and competitive capabilities.
  • Work with our product management team to drive market requirements into product roadmaps.
  • Standardize and lead the execution of our launch process across functional teams. You will own the launch of regular quarterly Turbonomic releases.
  • Develop positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and partners.
  • Create the core marketing content and sales tools needed to reach our customers and partners with a consistent and relevant message.
  • Support enablement of our sales and alliances organizations so they can be effective.
  • Support product pricing and packaging initiatives.
  • Work with our communications team to ensure we leverage every opportunity to generate interest and buzz among press and industry analysts
  • Ensure that go to market tactics are effective through continuous measurement

What You'll Bring

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in B2B enterprise software with 5+ years of product marketing experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise software sales channels including field sales, inside sales and partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate technology features into business benefits
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and effective project management and analytical/decision-making skills
  • Domain experience in IT infrastructure and cloud management preferred
