At DataRobot, the Director of Global Sales Enablement, is responsible for leading a high-performing Sales Enablement team in the creation, development, delivery and evolution of enablement tools and programs that enhance the frontline execution of sales and service processes. The role will provide leadership, direction, and execution of the strategic vision of the sales process and delivery of productivity improvements to the frontline sales and technical teams. This high profile position relies on a person’s deep understanding of sales processes, sales systems, and innovative enablement solutions.

Main Requirements

  • Individually and through collaboration with other team members design, develop, implement and evaluate on-going programs, training, tools and communications, for designated Sales audiences
  • Assist with projects such as instructional and assessment strategies and differentiated curriculum
  • Assist in identifying curricular needs and development of a long-range plan for field productivity improvements
  • Implement strategies that increase student achievement and decrease time to revenue
  • Manage, monitor, assess and evaluate designated programs and effectiveness
  • Development and delivery of training programs electronically and in classroom

Responsibilities

  • Communicate frequently and effectively with Sales and Sales Management to assure that effective On-Boarding and On-Going programs are being designed and delivered in order to build a confident, successful Direct and Partner sales organization.
  • Work with internal customers to gain knowledge and assist in developing strategic programs to reinforce sales initiatives
  • Work with Sales and Partners to determine priorities and training/ education/content requirements for target audience
  • Attend appropriate meetings and stay current with professional and technical materials in related program areas
  • Master content from subject matter expert (SME) and defined sources to organize it in a way that reflects an understanding of the Sales performance to be supported
  • Plan, produce designs, develop, author and maintain appropriate content including selecting appropriate delivery methods and process of adoption
  • Define measurable objectives based on content and discussions with SME/client
  • Create well-designed exercises and simulations to optimize learning
  • Create knowledge check, tests for understanding or assessment questions that contribute to mastery of learning/performance objectives
  • Manage assigned training projects including schedules, SME, resources
  • Communicate frequently and effectively with various project collaborators to ensure that goals, objectives, and schedules are being fulfilled
  • Provide periodic reports on Sales needs, development projects, and metrics
  • Suggest training, support and delivery strategies that would strengthen the materials, courses, programs and adoption
