Datto is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its growing marketing team. This individual will be responsible for driving the qualified leads through outbound channels. The ideal candidate is a collaborate, diligent individual seeking to grow their marketing career in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Director of Demand Generation.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop an optimal outsourced lead generation strategy.
• Identify the right mix of vendors to maximize their impact on the company’s revenue objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of outsourced programs such as vendor relationships, contracts, and budget.
• Report on outsourced marketing success to other marketing teams.
• Assist in the development and execution of other marketing programs such as content, email, inbound, SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), and operations.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 1-3 years experience in B2B marketing.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Experience with developing, executing, and tracking results tied to multi-touch marketing programs.
• Data driven and familiar with marketing analytics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
