We, at Flywire, are looking for a smart, problem solver who’s excited to create digital marketing programs. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will work within the marketing team to lead, develop, and execute B2B marketing strategies that optimize our assets and define new opportunities. Your work will be visible to the entire organization and directly impact our customer acquisition goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with internal and external teams/agencies to define and develop search engine optimization strategies and best practices
• Manage agency relationships
• Track, analyze, and report on website analytics through platforms like Google Analytics; implement custom reporting, tracking, and dashboards as needed
• Provide functionality, optimization, and marketing recommendations based on SEO analysis
• Develop keyword strategies for optimal on-site performance
• Implement a comprehensive linking strategy
• Identify and analyze competitor techniques, as well as benchmark performance against competitors
• Manage paid search campaigns, analyze data and trends, execute tests, and report on results to optimize ROI
• Maintain knowledge of SEO best practices as search engine algorithms evolve; make recommendations to maintain optimal rankings

Our ideal candidate has:

• 5-8+ years experience with various digital marketing disciplines including search marketing, social, email marketing, marketing automation, content strategy, and conversion rate optimization, ideally in a B2B environment
• Background in PPC, Lead Generation, and Optimization
• Basic knowledge of HTML, Google Analytics, CMS, and CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
