As a Digital Advertising Manager, you’ll lead the daily execution of campaigns and campaign operations across marketing channels including paid search, paid social and programmatic display. You’ll join a team-oriented global marketing organization that partners with various stakeholders to drive user acquisition and engagement.

What you'll work on

  • Manage daily execution of campaigns and campaign operations across channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic display, etc.)
  • Continuous bid & budget optimization with the goal of crushing volume and ROAS goals
  • [A/B] testing, testing, testing: creative, copy, audience – you name it. Daily reporting.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and strategies
  • Work closely with partner teams to test new products, formats and strategies
  • Support marketing projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and eager to contribute

About you

  • 3-5 years digital marketing experience, including mobile user acquisition campaign setup and management
  • Experience with programmatic buying (DR campaign experience a plus)
  • Adaptive, eager to learn, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines
  • Thorough and detail-oriented
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills (multivariate testing a plus)
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, branch.io, Google Analytics (SQL a plus)
  • Experience with acquisition and retargeting campaigns in Search and Social Media
  • Experience with MMP and understanding of mobile attribution framework
