Demand Generation Specialist
About the Job
We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to manage outbound digital marketing programs. The primary responsibilities of this role include driving continued web visitor growth and conversion in our target audience through paid digital marketing efforts. Functional knowledge in multichannel program execution, digital marketing and understanding of the tactics that drive lead conversions are critical to this role. The ideal candidate is a collaborate, diligent individual seeking to grow their marketing career in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Director of eCommerce.
Responsibilities will include:
- Drive implementation of our demand generation strategy.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop paid media plans for product launches, promotional campaigns, and ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Manage media partners to implement and execute outbound lead generation activities, including paid search/PPC, retargeting, targeted display advertising, social ads, and media buys.
- Collaborate with other go-to-market team members to ensure each campaign has optimal conversion experience.
- Drive implementation of our paid campaign test agenda.
- Track campaign performance and develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports analyzing digital performance, insights and optimization recommendations.
- Manage external resources as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
- 2-4 years in digital marketing and experience in lead generation activities with direct experience supporting inbound and outbound marketing programs.
- Tactical understanding of search/re-marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social marketing.
- Proven ability to test and execute tactical marketing campaigns in a fast paced environment.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with proven data interpretation abilities.
- Experienced and comfortable with search and social media platforms
- Experience with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) preferred
- Excellent communications skills and attention to detail

This position is full-time and located in our Cambridge, MA office. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
