Key responsibilities include:
- Mining, formatting and manipulating large amounts of data
- Work closely with the marketing, product, engineering and clinical affairs teams to provide, interpret, and analyze data using statistical techniques; present data in usable formats to tell stories, with a goal of motivating others to act
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Create robust, reusable data querying, transformation, and visualization processes in SQL and Excel
- Create and evaluate the data needs of projects and assure data integrity
- Explore existing data and recommend additional sources of data for improvements

- BA/BS degree and 2 or more years experience working with data
- Experience with relational databases and working with large volumes of data
- Experience with statistical methods and platforms (R, SAS, Python, etc.) preferred
- Proficient with manipulating and visualizing data in Excel
- Strong ability to communicate technical and non-technical information in a compelling way to both colleagues and the general public
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on multiple projects at once
- Experience working in technology, digital healthcare, or a growth stage startup
- Passion for women’s and family health!
