Position Description

The Analyst will be responsible for ongoing analysis of product and provider data to generate insights and create custom data reports to evaluate current state of patient experience.

In conjunction with the delivery leadership team, the analyst will be responsible for pulling a data story that reviews critical business processes and helps inform and design operational changes, initiative/solution recommendations, and the future state vision.

Additionally, the Analyst will also work closely with the product team to synthesize and communicate customer and patient insights.

This position is in Boston, MA with travel expected to client locations.

Candidate Responsibilities:

· Collects, analyzes and summarizes the information to generate weekly/monthly data reports for clients

· Critically analyzes data to identify gaps in workflows and opportunities for process improvement

· Serve as an in-house expert on ways to acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and develop data collection tools to meet the ongoing and evolving needs of data reporting

· In conjunction with the delivery team leaders, review the processes, create dashboards and tools to track, inform and influence customer success metrics across multiple client sites

· Provide in-house triage and support for the field teams at our facilities by responding to support requests

· Become an expert in Docent’s platform and analytics capabilities to be able to execute on platform configuration tasks

· Model Docent Health’s core values of empathy and service to build trusted partnerships with provider organizations to achieve transformative change and exceptional performance

· Continually upgrade Docent Health’s service offering through genuinely innovative and transformative insight and product development

Candidate Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree (or higher)

· Entrepreneurial mindset

· Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information

· An exceptionally high attention to detail, natural curiosity and an eye for recognizing trends and gaps

· One to three years of industry experience in hospitality, healthcare, consulting or other relevant fields

· Able to adapt to changing priorities and juggle multiple asks

· Demonstrated exceptional active listening and communications skills

· Self-driven and able to operate with high degree of independence and integrity

· Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, build credibility and engender trust across all levels of an organization

· Position requires approximately 50% travel
