As a Customer Success Analyst, you'll use your analytical and critical-thinking skills to solve challenges facing your colleagues and our customers. You’ll be indispensable to the success of our entire Customer Success team and to all of our customers.

The Salsify Customer Success Analyst role is a unique opportunity for smart candidates to contribute immediately to one of the most visible parts of a fast-growing transformative high-tech company.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of both the Salsify product and our customers' specific needs
  • Build strong knowledge of our customers’ product content and how to best represent it inside Salsify
  • Become an expert on how the rich content requirements of top online retailers like Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Target.com, and HomeDepot.com.
  • Work closely with your Customer Success colleagues and with our customers to complete high-quality projects in a timely fashion
  • Drive customer success programs such as product newsletters, webinars, user groups, and the Salsify knowledge base
Requirements
  • 1-2 years professional experience
  • You love coming up with solutions to all sorts of challenges, whether they be technical challenges, organizational challenges, or personal challenges.
  • Excel is your information Swiss-army knife, and when Excel fails you, you love learning new tools and techniques.
  • You have a strong analytical mind. You quickly understand data and can bend it to your will.
  • You’re a self-starter. You work independently, complete projects rapidly and don’t hesitate to ask for help or offer help as needed.
  • You’re organized, thorough, and can easily juggle many responsibilities at once.
