As the Culture Program Manager, you’ll work heavily with our sales team, employee resource groups (LGBTQ+ Alliance, People of Color at HubSpot "POCaH," Women@HubSpot), and throughout the organization to develop interviewing protocols, events, meetings, sponsorships, and trainings to help improve how HubSpot recruits, develops, retains, and grows remarkable talent while making the company a remarkable place for people of all viewpoints and perspectives to do their best work each day. 

In partnership with the People Operations team, the Culture Team specifically, and the global HubSpot sales organization, you will:

  • Craft job descriptions and interview techniques for sales that allow us to attract, grow, and retain top talent globally
  • Partner with our employee resource groups and sales management to respond to feedback and design events and programs that make us meaningfully remarkable on diversity and inclusion
  • Lead our Women in Sales initiative alongside our Chief Sales Officer and Chief People Office and work with existing employee resource groups to design, market, and execute programming that supports our candidates, employees, alumni, and customers.
  • Source speakers and activation opportunities for HubSpot to participate in as part of our broader commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Support and grow our managers to build more inclusive leadership practices for our sales team and beyond

Required Experience

  • Experience in event, hospitality, or human resources experience
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • A passion for culture, the employee experience, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, reliable and responsive
  • Client-facing experience preferred
