Client Strategy Associate
The Client Strategy Associate will be an integral member of Catalant’s sales and client service efforts, overseeing the successful launch and execution of a wide variety of projects for our clients, often including global enterprises and leading investment firms.
The Job:
- Converting client needs into clearly scoped projects, often from nebulous or ambiguous client situations
- Collaborating with internal Catalant resources to identify and match consultants from our talent pool, and sometimes from external sources when necessary or appropriate
- Working directly with clients to drive projects to launch and successful completion
- Cultivating strong relationships directly with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
- Identifying and helping implement long-term process improvements as our business scales
About you:
- 2+ years in management consulting, sales operations, customer success, or a related field.
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Strong sense of initiative and ownership
- Effectiveness in a rapidly-changing and entrepreneurial environment.
- Comfort using and explaining Catalant’s technology-driven platform.
- Collaboration skills for use with colleagues on the Catalant Strategy and Sales teams, among others
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Passion for solving complex problems.
- Demonstrated commitment, judgment, emotional maturity, and intensity, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree and a record of academic excellence
- Desire to work at a rapidly growing startup
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Interest in new responsibilities over time
- Strong work ethic – we are a hard-working bunch and we take pride in that!
- Excellent MS Office skills
- A few solid references
Bonus points:
- Have startup experience
- Have diverse project/vertical experience within consulting (you’ll be scoping dozens of types of projects)
- Have worked in client-facing roles in the past
