Summary
We are looking for a business intelligence expert to join our client services team and assist our restaurants in making smart, data-driven decisions that drive app success. LevelUp now partners with over 200 restaurants, each with its own unique KPIs and business goals. Our Client Services Specialists help interpret those KPIs and business goals and map them to actionable plans, utilizing LevelUp’s robust campaign platform accompanied with creative marketing tactics. Responsibilities
- Grow client platform utilization by managing and flawlessly executing client marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with clients to optimize use of the LevelUp platform and develop deeper customer understanding through BI analysis
- Work with internal Data Service and Account Management teams to initiate and execute marketing solutions grounded in measurable business result
- Liaise with various internal and external teams to understand email and automation product enhancements and their impact on client workflows
- Create rock-solid reports and clear, interesting data visualizations using PostgreSQL and BI tools
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience
- Problem solving background
- Outstanding ability to analyze data and turn it into a communicable value proposition
- Demonstrated experience with time management, decision-making, and cross-functional work
- Familiarity with SQL and BI tools like Tableau, Chartio, or Looker
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or other analytical disciplines
Bonus Points
- Experience in the fast-casual restaurant industry in any capacity
- Deep knowledge of customer engagement programs, small business growth, in-store marketing, or consumer behavior
