Client Services Coordinator – Shopper Sales is responsible for supporting Client Services Managers (CSMs) on client needs. Individuals in this role must possess a passion for excellence, a natural enthusiasm for customer service and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationships
- Reviewing Deliverables (ex. Performance Reports, Influencer Content) Prior to Client Distribution
- Building Timelines for Client Based Projects
- Crafting POVs for Clients in Collaboration with Operations Managers
- Use Research Tools to Assist with Strategy Planning for Upcoming Campaigns
- Sort Through Creative Assets & Complete Creative Checklist
- Communicate with Clients for Upcoming Deliverables / Deadlines
- Present New Ideas for Client’s Strategic Planning Initiatives
- Escalate any Change Orders / Client Requests to CSM as Needed
Learning & Development
Strategic Thinking & Program Management:
- Help CSMs Gain Clarity from Client on Any Gaps in Information and Mitigate Potential Risks in Advance of Campaign Launch
- Ensure Key Information Is Escalated to Operations and Productions Teams – Special Focus on the Transmission of Information Internally
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 Years of Experience Working with Small to Medium Size Brands in an Account Mgt. Capacity
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Team Player, With the Confidence to Take the Lead When Necessary
- Passion and Intellectual Curiosity for Digital Marketing Strategy
- Demonstrated Self-Starter
